Objective: ‘Your Next Bus’ is an innovative service which means that the days waiting in the cold at a bus stop have come to an end. Bus passengers can now text their bus stop number to the ‘Your Next Bus’ and within seconds will receive a text back with real time information detailing the arrival time of the next three services at that stop.

SYPTE had carried out an initial marketing exercise to promote the service which focused on individuals relaxing at home or in social situations as opposed to waiting at a bus stop.

Bright was asked to produce a follow up campaign which would widen the proposition to also allow bus users to track real time information on the internet as well as via text.
